Will get details soon

So I have been MIA a while, an update will come about soon. But, long story short, I have been gone for two and a half weeks, but fun fact, I can't tell you where. But I am uploading the only evidence I have so far, not including the last post in which I have no idea what it says. This picture was found on my computer, and I uploaded it as my profile picture. Do any of you know what this means?
